“CALIFORNIA IN MY REARVIEW MIRROR”

Mac Davis’ country classic mentioned Texas, but SB939 (a proposed California bill that could become law) would put the Golden State in a whole lot of rear view mirrors. It’s not like enough businesses haven’t left “Cali” in the last decade or so.

To put it bluntly, SB939 would overrule the US constitution which states “[n]o state shall … pass any Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts.” The California Constitution provides that “[a] law impairing the obligation of contracts may not be passed.”

But when it comes to the “Plandemic,” who cares about little things like the constitutionality of a law?

I encourage you to read about SB939 for yourself and see if you believe commercial mortgages should be rewritten due to an “emergency,” the true cause and true seriousness and true purpose of which we really don’t even know at this time.
